  • What are your opening hours?
    Although we are technically open from 5:30am till 8:00pm everyday, our coaches tend to have their own operating hours. It would be best to get in touch with your coach to discuss a time that is suitable for you.
  • Where do I start?
    Head on over to the contact page and let us know who you are and a bit about what your goals are. We will aim to get back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively, you can call or leave a message at 0413176443 and Justin will be in touch.
  • How do I decide on a trainer?
    We always say that looking for a personal trainer is very much like shopping. We would suggest heading over to our website to help you decide who might be a good fit for you. If you need more information or even a recommendation, leave us a message using the contact form with a bit of detail on what your goals are and we can recommend a coach that we feel might be best suited to your goals.
  • How much does it cost?
    All our coaches are free to charge their clients a rate that is in line with their experience and qualifications. The best thing here would be to get in touch with the trainer that you feel best meets your needs and start a conversation.
  • How many times a week should I train? Is there a minimum or maximum?
    As a minimum, we would always recommend that people train at least 2-3 times per week for optimal results. However, we are also human and we understand that this is not always possible. At our facility, we have clients that train with our coaches from 1 session per week to 3 sessions per week. The choice is ultimately yours.
  • Do I need a membership?
    No. We are not a commercial gym. You will only be paying the fee that is agreed to between you and your coach. No extra hidden costs!
  • Do I need to have trained in a gym before?
    Absolutely not. We believe that our responsibility as a coach is to take you from where you are to where you want to be. Rest assured that our coaches are experienced enough to be able to challenge you at your current ability level.
  • Can I train with my friend or partner?
    All our coaches will do 1:1 or 2:1 sessions.
