Group fitness classes are an excellent option for finding motivation and inspiration. Having other like-minded people by your side during a gruelling workout is like nothing else.

Our small group fitness classes have a cap of 5 participants per 30-minute class. Each class is run by a fully qualified fitness instructor who has worked  1-1 with our coaches to offer you the best, personalized group exercise experience.

If you're new to exercise and want to kick-start your health and fitness journey with some friends, group fitness classes are definitely the way to keep your and your friends' motivation high.


If you're already going 1-1 Personal Training with one of our coaches, adding a group fitness session into your week will supplement your primary training nicely. Ask us about the Team Discount and we'll take care of you ;)
