Justin left his career in animation to become a personal trainer more than 10 years ago and has never looked back. In addition to the strength work that he helps his clients with, he specialises in injury prevention, rehabilitation and nutrition.
Having worked in corporate workplaces, and experienced juggling multiple businesses, Justin understands that it can be difficult to chase health, fitness and performance goals on top of work. His “minimum effective dose” approach means your training is tailored to fit your specific schedule so you can rest assured you’ll be moving towards your goals, and still have time for leisure.
Justin’s interest in movement, human anatomy and nutrition has led him to be certified as a Master Rehab Trainer and Precision Nutrition coach to round out his skill- set as a coach.
