WHY 12 WEEKS?

In our experience coaching clients over many years, meaningful change doesn’t happen in a few weeks.

 

People can start strong for two or three weeks.
They can even stay motivated for a month.

But real progress, the kind that lasts, takes longer.

 

We’ve found that around twelve weeks is the sweet spot. It is long enough to:

  • Build strength progressively

  • Establish a consistent training rhythm

  • Simplify and repeat nutrition habits

  • Work through busy periods without falling off

  • Start making the process feel normal. Not forced, not intense, just part of your routine.
