WORKSHOPS

Join Michael & Justin for a series of 4 workshops designed to master your bodyweight strength and technique in key areas such as hand balancing, pulling strength, lower body movements and the muscle up.

These workshops are ideal for anyone who is looking to:

  • Improve their technique in bodyweight exercises

  • Improve their strength-to-bodyweight ratio

  • Broaden their bodyweight exercise repertoire

  • Gain the confidence to try more complex movements safely

  • Get a step-by-step guide on how to achieve your handstand, pull-up, muscle up, pistol squat

In each workshop, we will break down the topic of the day and practically work through the components that will expand your knowledge and create a pathway for you to improve your technique in order for you to master the movements.
